All available MLS homes can now become part of your website. Ultimate's fully featured solution makes finding and communicating the results simple and precise. Tagging and reviewing selected properties before submitting them to you for follow-up and assistance does not require registration (unless you opt to require guest registration before allowing access to residential listings).

Visitors can sign-up to receive email notifications when new or changed properties meeting their criteria become available. Registered visitors may save their searches. The sign up confirmation email contains generic language which you can customize. Your message will be sent in either text or html. The html response can include your photo, logo, etc. Each time an email update is sent, you are also notified.
